The Legendary Lumière Kitchen

Boulud Plating.jpgSomething very special happens in the legendary Lumière kitchen -- a remarkably beautiful and efficient space made famous over a decade of perfection and exquisite cuisine, of intimate scale and grand performance.

 

Inside, a team of culinary artists inspired by three Michelin-starred Chef Daniel Boulud and led by Grand Chef Dale MacKay, work together to create exquisite Grand Relais & Chateaux class cuisine for a small audience of guests every Tuesday through Sunday evening.

Like Daniel Boulud's DANIEL in New York City, Lumière is a culinary destination worthy of its many platinum distinctions.
