In April, 2009, Relais & Châteaux British Columbia held an induction event welcoming new member Sonora Resorts.  Six Relais & Châteaux chefs headed by Grand Chef Daniel Boulud, worked in the Lumière kitchen to present a once in a lifetime meal to 45 VIP guests.  Watch the webisode.
