On occasion; on very special occasions, Chef Dale MacKay and/or Chef Nathan Guggenheim (db Bistro Moderne, next door) design very special menus for for our clients' private in-home or off-site events. A milestone birthday, graduation, religious rites of passage, small wedding, harbour cruise or garden party are all reasons to celebrate Lumière style.
And always, on such occasions, we assign the cumulative expertise of our entire kitchen and management team, to create unforgettable culinary experiences.
Chef MacKay draws on his own special event catering experience and that of Daniel Boulud's renowned Feast and Fetes Catering in New York City. Together they bring to the party the creative and culinary expertise of 80+ New York Chefs, and and extensive team of event planners and facilitators.
We welcome inquiry from event host and planners regarding guests lists of 2 to 50, for brunch, dinner, lunch, picnics or cocktails parties.
Grand Chef Relais & Chateaux style elegance, Elegant French Bistro service, Moderne French Bistro cuisine served family style, or a combination of all three, are yours for the asking.
