DB Bistro Moderne is a contemporary Canadian bistro where traditional French cuisine meets the flavours of British Columbia. Here, Daniel Boulud and Executive Chef Stephane Istel offer a seasonal menu highlighting the quality of fine ingredients served in a convivial and casual setting. This addition to Vancouver’s dining scene is the sister restaurant to New York City’s renowned DB Bistro Moderne and opened in December 2008 in the Kitsilano neighborhood, next door to the highly acclaimed Lumière.
