Vancouver Opera Pre-Theatre Prix-Fixe

Lumière Kitchen Opens Early for Opera Goers - March 16

lumiere-vo-sepia.jpgOn Tuesdays and Thursday evenings during the 2009-2010 Vancouver Opera season, Lumière Executive Chef Dale MacKay is pleased to open his kitchen early to Opera goers, and donate 10% back to the Opera.

 

Lumière wil begin dinner service promptly at 5:00 p.m. on 11 different Opera event weekday evenings during the season to ensure enjoyment of a leisurely paced three-course dinner, and to accommodate a 6:30 pm pre-theatre departure from the restaurant. (see theatre parking below)

 

Lumiere Feature Room.jpgThe $65 per person, three-course dinner menu will change throughout the season and offer a choice of appetizer, main course, and dessert. An optional wine pairing will be offered for $35 per person. Taxes and gratuity not included.

 

As proud patrons of the Vancouver Opera, Lumière owners David and Manjy Sidoo will donate 10% from each pre-Opera dinner sold throughout the season, to the Vancouver Opera. Reserve 5pm pre-Opera table now for Tuesday, March 16th.

 

So, please join us for an early dinner on one of the evenings noted below. Share the intimate 40-seat Lumière dining room with other Opera lovers and enjoy Relais & Chateaux class cuisine prepared especially for you, by western Canada's only Grand Chef Relais & Chateaux.

 

Vancouver Opera suggests that, after dinner, Lumière guests park their vehicles in the B.C. Hydro building parking lot at the corner of Hamilton and Dunsmuir. Parking in this location is convenient and availability is generous.
